Feedback

We welcome feedback and are committed to implementing fair processes for dealing with complaints and disputes. If we know what we do well and where we can improve, we are better suited to increase the quality of our services.

We understand that sometimes people can find it hard to make a complaint. In these circumstances, we encourage you to seek support from an advocate.

You may make a complaint verbally or in writing to any staff member. If you make a complaint, we will receive it without any negative consequences for you or the person you support, and your access to our services will not be affected.
