Fees

As a not-for-profit organisation, our first priority is to help meet the needs of the community. We don’t provide services to make profit but must be able to cover our costs and expenses so we can continue to support the community.

In all cases, a person’s need for support precedes identification of capacity to contribute to the cost of service provision. We strive to ensure no one is refused support due to an inability to pay fees and revenue generated from fees is used for the provision of community supports.

At the end of each calendar month we will generate an invoice and send it to the service recipient/participant or a nominated representative for payment.

Service Cancellation

Aged Care

Where a Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or Support at Home (SAH) service is cancelled and ANFE Community  Care is provided less than 24 hours’ notice, the fee for service may still be charged.

Service Cancellation

NDIS

Per the 2025-26 NDIS Price Guide, cancellations are considered ‘short notice’ when participants provide less than seven (7) full days’ notice to the provider. Under the NDIS Cancellation Policy, providers can charge a cancellation fee and claim up to 100% of the agreed service cost.

Fees for Disability Support Services

ANFE Community Care’s Disability Support Program (DSP) Fee Structure

The NDIA sets price limits that providers can charge for services. The price limit is the maximum price that a registered provider can charge for NDIS funded disability support or service. The NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits document explains NDIA pricing rules and the way that price controls for supports and services work.

A link to the latest pricing guide can be found at: https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements

Our prices for DSP may change in order to align with NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits adjustments. In the event of any price change we will notify all necessary parties. If you have any queries concerning fees for service please contact us on 8234 5550.
