If we can’t provide the direct support services you need, we’ll work our hardest to point you in the right direction and find a trusted provider who can. 

Tailored supports for individuals are available in the home or the community. CHSP subsidy for Individual Supports is available for eligible, registered persons living in the eastern and western metropolitan areas of Adelaide.
