Join a community group adventure to get out and enjoy the delights of Adelaide!
Launched in December 2022 with trial trips to the Central Market, Glynburn Gourmet and Casa del Formaggio, our Out & About service offers group excursions to participate in fun activities and attend local community events.
Our Out & About service operates weekly and trips can include visits to museums, wildlife parks, botanic gardens, shopping centres, historical sites, cultural events, and other points of interest.
What are the benefits?

Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) client contribution: $4.00 per hour
Support At Home (SAH) used to be known as Home Care Package (HCP): $32.00 per hour
