Disability Support Program:

Group or individual support, providing choice and control to pursue your goals

Our Disability Support Program (DSP) encourages independence, and social and economic participation of people with disability, giving you the power to exercise choice and control in the pursuit of your goals.

Access to the DSP means that you get to choose. Whether in a group or individual service setting, you attend activities of your choice and participate how you want to.

We can offer return transport options and support services from our team of experienced, qualified and caring staff members.

In line with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), ANFE Community Care helps people with a disability by providing an individual service with a wide range of choice and support.

Our services focus on encouraging participants to take a more active role in making lifestyle choices and decisions to achieve their goals.

Under the NDIS, ANFE Community Care is registered to provide:

Daily Personal Activities (0107)

Assistance with Travel / Transport Arrangement (0108)

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills (0117)

Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities (0125)

Group and Centre Based Activities (0136)
